IBANISATION – How to make a deposit in your Property Bridges Account?
Property Bridges has a streamlined method of depositing funds into the system, called ‘IBANISATION’. The method generates a unique IBAN for each Property Bridges user.
Follow the steps and see how easy this method is.
1. Generate your IBAN number in your Property Bridges account
- Log into your Property Bridges Account on https://www.propertybridges.com/
- Access ‘Dashboard’
- Go to ‘My Wallet’
- click on ‘Generate your Personal IBAN’
(!) When you generate your IBAN you will be able to see this at all times in your ‘my wallet’ section. Please be aware that this is your personal IBAN and will not be changed. Once generated, you can always access it on your e-wallet section. The generated IBAN will start with an LU as funds will be held with Mangopay in a Luxembourg bank account and it will be in an alphanumeric format.

2. Making a Deposit
- Log into your online banking
- Transfer funds directly to your unique IBAN number (available in your e-wallet section) and insert your full name for the payment reference
For BOI Users – Making a transfer or adding Property Bridges/Mangopay as a Payee
- Please, login into your BOI Account
- Click on ‘Manage Accounts’, select ‘Add a Payee’
- Chose SEPA Payee and choose the security code delivery method (mobile phone or post)
- Add a Payee name as Mangopay and your personal IBAN number (generated in your Property Bridges e-wallet section)
- Enter your PIN number and click on ‘Add Payee’
- Activate your PIN, inserting the Security Code
- Click on ‘Make a Payment’
- Please enter the amount you wish transfer into your e-wallet
- Enter your PIN and click on ‘Transfer Money’

For AIB Users – Making an international payment
- Please, login into your AIB Account
- Click on ‘Pay & Transfer’ and select ‘International Payment’
- Include ‘EUR-EURO’ as a payment currency, ‘Luxembourg’ as a receiver’s bank country and choose Standard or Urgent payment type
- Include Mangopay SA as ‘your message’ and as ‘Receiver’s full name’
- Add your ‘Receiver’s IBAN’ (generated in your Property Bridges e-wallet section) and the amount you would like to deposit
- Type your full name as a ‘Sender’s Reference’
- Enter the 8-digit code, displayed on your Card Reader
(*) If your IBAN does not have the 8-digit code, please enter all the numeric digits which appear in your IBAN. See the examples below
- LU00 000X 123X 45X6 X78X
- LU12 345X XXXXXXXXXXXX
